I am the former VP of Education and was Anthony Black's supervisor. It is highly unlikely you were terminated for reporting wage and or safety concerns to Anthony. You were very likely a marginal or substandard employee. However, your allegation of wages not being paid probably has merit.
Amtec is notorious for falsifying payroll records. There are many class action suits under the Fair Labor Standards Act that you should become a part of. Do an online search for "Amtec FLSA Lawsuits FL" and you should get plenty of action on the first 10 hits.
Regarding safety you are again correct. Amtec has been losing millions of dollars of the past few years because they can't run a business. They can't even get techs to tuck their shirts in, come to work looking like professionals and go into the field and not scare the living crap out of their customers. They can't pay their vendors, most of whom are out 180 days on their payments so how good are they at running a business? They suck. be glad you're gone . . . I AM!
