She has not paid her security deposit. She attained 2 additional cats not on lease. She had moved in one of her friends (jessica Davis) and her 2 children that are not on the lease. This tenant had been a big problem. I would urge others to not rent to her. My apartment smells and I am going to have to replace the carpet to say the least. They have done this before-what a con artist.

Left the place a mess.

She moved out today and trashed the place. You can tell she let her kids do whatever they wanted and she allowed them to eat where ever they wanted. The carpet is not going to be able to be cleaned and there is damage like 2 holes in the ceiling in the basement and writing in the wall.
