I have purchased 2 gowns for my daughter from this woman over the past few years thru her Ebay store. This month, I purchased a gown which was described at a size 8, neon pink. Said gown was originally paid for by money order (1/2 as I had arranged to pay balance within a week). Her post office returned my envelope marked "unable to locate" so I paid the entire amount of $235 by PayPal. The gown arrived and it was a size 5, and not pink! It was PEACH, a fact that the seller admitted in an email dated June 14.
I complied with the terms of the auction and sent back the dress the same day it was received so it would arrive within the three days necessary. The delivery confirmation # 0306 2400 0001 3011 6306 and I also insured it #1307 1300 0000 6228 1714.
Now this very devious seller claims she will refuse to accept the gown since I filed a dispute with PayPal, and she will only exchange it. She is pretty good at her scheming because I filed the dispute today, and she already responded with a huge lie to PayPal and escalated the dispute to a claim saying she wants the gown returned to PayPal when she knows perfectly well it was sent back to her yesterday.
After seeing the lies she wrote to PayPal, I called my bank and they advised me to file a small claims case where the bank is located, right here. This is where we are at this point, and it is even worse that this woman claims to be a christian, she touts this on her website, and in her card that arrives with her merchandise.
Very unfortunate, but the public should be aware of this woman and her unsavory business practices.

Grrrr! This slimy seller has now REFUSED the box with the screw up and PayPal is still fooling around trying to decide what to do. I called PP, and the rep looked at the auction and said "Oh what a beautiful color PINK that dress is." I told her that it was not at ALL pink which is why I am upset, and she said that the seller probably used special lightening to enhance the color. I think people who cheat and steal are a special breed. We have also filed a small claims case, and the court clerk mailed service to the seller. The seller had her post office refuse it, so we will most likely get a default judgement. People like Angela Pinder/Pender stink!

ANGELA PINDER AKA ANGELA PENDER DBA DIVINE DESIGN STUDIO has received her "mistake" back on June 16, 2007. She says she can't refund because "she paid bills and has no money". Outrageous! I have spoken to PayPal and provided the delivery confirmation number and the insurance tracking number. Hopefully PayPal will see thru this horrible woman's scheme. Does anyone have any other ideas?
