Anypets.com AKC Papers never sent, dog has severe hip problems Hollywood Florida
I purchased a rottweiler puppy with proclaimed champion blood lines in July of this year.
I have yet to receive any AKC registration paperwork on my puppy.
I have taken the puppy to the vet who has noted "significant" signs of hip dysplasia in my 6 month old rottweiler.
I paid nearlly 1700 dollars for a puppy who has questionable breeding and health.

she is accurate with akc all is true so if you really want a dog go champion-sired or champions in last 5 generations

1st to get in show ring your breed has to be perfect. d**n near it so why do you think buying a cheap puppy with no ch. will get you quality other than breeder telling you the quality of dog you have. I have watched puppy selling sites that makeme sick ... If you get ch. in the 1s 2 to 5 like grand father great grandfather then you know the this line has been tested and won. If the public would buy ch. lines I think that puppy mills would be out of business. Have you seen the parents to some dogs that are on puppy sites 4 sale? If you cannot afford ch. save your money till you can. the investment is worth it. but be careful to look at both parents one could be ch and the other not. now I am by no means saying all good breed is ch. but if you can buy ch. puppy millers are not going to buy them. too much money. but for you a one pet owner hey it is worth it. please stop animal abuse. lazy people beeding 25 dogs in a house next to their property what do you think of that? breeders have burned their dogs in fires from heaters. If you are a hobby breeder with4 dogs less ways for mistakes. bottom line charge 25.00 per year per dog lets see where the puppy mill who make big money is then? also where do the puppies go when no body adopts??? oh a brokers right? How do these people live with theirselves. total disgrace. do something teacher bring awarness to class rooms. dog show please take your time out to educate the children and adults. If a champion show dog breeder that is where u should start. you will be alot happier and you will save puppy milldogs

This is such a misconception among people who aren't familiar with what the AKC really is all about. The AKC (American Kennel Club) makes money by registering dogs. That's it. They're a registry. You can get a pedigree from them, but its only as good as the OTHER owners that have registered their dogs with the AKC. Just because a dog has AKC papers doesn't mean they're healthy. It doesn't even mean they're PUREBRED! Of course, they *should* be, but there are ways around that, and I've seen it time and time again. 20/20 did an investigation about the AKC years ago, whereas they applied for paperwork to register a litter of puppies that didn't EXIST from a sire and dam that didn't EXIST and as long as they sent in the registration fee, the AKC did it! When they were called out on it, the AKC got angry and wanted to file charges for false information! Whatever... Irresponsible breeder and back yard breeders use the AKC to make sure they get big money for puppies because the general public believes that if a puppy is AKC registered, that means they're healthy and of breeding quality. NOPE! Unfortunately, that's not the case. The AKC is in it to make money, just like any other business.
