On 12/14/'09, I ordered a product for my child, based specifically on their item description & picture online. I received the product a week later on 12/21/'09, only to find that the item is not at all of their description/picture. I emailed them right away about it, and received an unbelievably inadequate/inappropriate short reply from Bob Gates next day, "
That is the only one we carry."
I immediately replied back asking for an RMA# (as described on their "Return Policy" page online), and have been calling them everyday unsuccessfully (just the same-old "We're busy due to holidays" recording) for a week.
Today (12/28/'09), I finally gave up and called my credit card company (American Express) to report all this, and thankfully they're taking care of me now.
Never ever purchase anything from this "ANZ Group / HappyBabyStore.com" entity!
