Apple Creek Apartments Rips off your deposit. Most unprofessional management in the industry, sleaze bags will out and out refuse to return your deposit,Denton Texas
These sleeze bags will not only deduct normal and customary cleaning charges such as carpet shampoo from your deposit, they will out and out refuse to return your deposit claiming that the money order receipts for the money orders they were more than happy to accept are not adequate proof that you made a deposit to begin with.
Must be padding their pockets with former tenants cash and laughing all the way to the bank....

This apartment complex changes its name frequently. First they changed their name to "Savannah Trails" and now they're called "the Parks of Denton."
