ARA & Associates Jason Molina Jason Molina I got a call from this company on Monday, January 29, 2018. The first man puts me over to another man. He came on the phone and told me he is collecting a debt. He said I had a Household finance credit card in 1996 when I lived in Florida. He said the visa credit card is mine and since I have reestablished myself, he must collect $4880.44 as soon as possible or else he's placing a lien on my property on Wednesday. I do not recall this debt. But if it is my debt I am very sure the amount would have been very small and I would have paid it off. The man was rude and was telling me if I don't give him a call as promised by Wednesday, he would be placing a lien on my home. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford any of this stress. The ARA Associates, Jason Molina, has placed a grave stress on me by the way in which he addressed me about a debt that I am not certain belongs to me. I was ashamed and was in shock by it all. After all, the man demands all full payment of $4880.44 within 3-days. No one should be given that sort of power over another in such unassuming situation. The law that permits such things and allows that sort of person to prey on American Senior Citizens the way he continues to do is atrocious.
