I actually spoke with this individual and he was referring to me when speaking about the person he spoke with. This gentleman called in and immediately started screaming that his account was debited without his authorization (which I would be very upset as well if this happen). However, why would the company do three transactions of $100 on his account when the only person that would benefit by setting that up would only gain about $2 in commission from the transaction? Also, another reason why it just seems very fishy to me to that he says that a transaction that took place a month earlier was not authorized and neither was one that had just taken place. Why wait close to a month to call us if you were having unauthorized transactions on your account. Again, just seemed very odd. Never the less, I removed any further transactions from his account. After being disconnected from this gentlemen, he then called back no more than 2-3 minutes later saying he called up his attorney and his attorney said he should just keep paying the bill but by money order and make sure no more transactions go through is account. Again, this makes absolutely no sense because you speak with some one that quickly about this issue and when told that all our calls are recorded and that I will look into the recording as to what actually transpired between the account representative and this gentleman, he automatically changes his tone and decides to start sending payments again? I am not going to sit here and say I was absolutely nice to this gentleman. Although, I try to be as nice as possible to every one I speak with because that is how I would like to be treated and I have an ex-military background in which you should show respect, some people just have to get a reality check. This person knows they set up all the transactions and if they would like to call back in and listen to them, I will request a copy. Thanks 800-909-9095
