i unfortunatley had a similar experiance with artsofnature.com too. i called, faxed and emailed the company telling them that the turtles i had received had been lost in the mail for 5 days, and came very sick.

these people never answer the phone, or return calls. i ordered 8 turtles and only 2 are still alive today. although shipping was free, and my order was to be next day shipping. i placed a separate order for a large lagoon and paid extra for that to be express shipped, so it would arrive at the same time as the order for the turtles. that also came late, and was missing the top to the palm tree. during my order placement, the company had a problem with their credit card processing software, i was notified via email that i would be receiving a free gift for the delays.

i received no such item. after about 2 weeks i finally received a reply stating that my complaint about my turtles needed to come within 24 hours after the turtles arrived. i did send an email to them, letting them know about how the turtles arrived and with the delay in the mail which i forwarded back to them with the time and date stamp, as well as the delivery confirmation of when they shipped my turtles, and when i actually received them. after going back and forth for over 3 months, i finally received 2 replacement turtles and the top to my palm tree. i would never do business with this company and would advise others not to use them either. waiting 3 months to have this solved wasnt worth my time.

i contacted them via their phone number on the website and their email address on there as well. hope you have better luck with this company than i did, and i hope that your turtles live longer than ours did. good luck
