These people borrow money claiming they have some crisis like a parent dying, or other false claims then they agree to pay back the loan but never do. They drive new trucks all the time wonder how they can afford that?
The hook they use is claiming they own investment properties - when in fact they own NOTHING - all property has been foreclosed on. What ever you do - DON'T LEND THEM MONEY you'll never get it back.
They are known to abuse animals too- they had 3 very neurotic abused german sheppards which they kept locked up in tiny sheds with no windows, only letting them out for less then 20 min every few days or more. Animal control has been called about these poor dogs numerous times.
These con-artists are criminals his hired hand manuel bracamontes chavez was arrested in may breaking into a house in soquel with items from a burglary earlier that week- this punk kid is either habitually drunk or on pcp. He is an obvious thief and so are the Lozoya's
