I went out to trade in my 2001 S-10 for a 2003 S-10 and was told my credit was poor. I didn't get the loan even though I haven't missed one payment or been late. So when I got ahold of my credit report I noticed $415 owed to CB&T. I had to search on the internet to find out that was Aspire who I had previously had a credit card with.

I have contacted Aspire 6 times today. The first time I was confused why I even had an account and thought someone opened one in my name. The lady that answered the phone told me she can't help me to contact their fraud department. I then asked her how long the account had been opened and she laughed. She told me it wasn't her problem I need to pay my bills so I hung up.

The second call I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. The same lady in the previous call answered the phone and made me wait 5 minutes. The supervisor got on the phone and told me their was a misunderstanding. She started asking if the information they had was accurate. I told her at one time the information was correct. She wanted to know if it was so accurate how did I know who to call? I told her I found their telephone number here at ripoffreport.com and the said that it was nice of me to try to use that as a way to not have to pay my bills. I again got angry and hung up.

Now when I call I'm asked if I am the guy that called this morning. When I answered yes and asked who is the head supervisor he told me it was a Chris Nelson. I asked if I could talk to her and he hung up.

Now when I call I am told that Chris Nelson their supervisor is in a meeting. I guess it's important because she has been their from 9:45am this morning till 4:40pm.

When I had my account with Aspire they were very nice and kind. They always was courteous and nice. I just wish they could fix this issue so we both can get on with our lives.

I guess they are trying to ripp me off and for sure they have messed up my credit very badly.

They also told me they would get rid of the listing on my credit report. They did on 2 of the 3 and due to that I still can't get a loan! Very poor company to do business with and they are completely unwilling to help. I will never do business with any company that I find out does business with these thefts, lires, and cheats! WARNING: ASPIRE VISA / COLUMBUS BANK IS A POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AT BEST!
