Asset Acceptance LLC Placed lien on my property
Somehow the placed a lien on my property located in Pinellas County, FL just because I had the same first and last name as someone else who also lives in the same county. They did not provide a middle initial on any forms, social security or anything else to identify it was the correct person/property. It is causing an issue with the financial company I am currently dealing with in order to get this corrected. A little more time and effort to get things correct would be great.
