Asset Acceptance LLC, David W. Towne Staff Attorney /whoever Is Working That Day I have been to court a minimum of 4 times fighting Asset Acceptance LLC, so far. I will tell you all the outcome when it ends, but until then...I made a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Warren Michigan
I encourage everyone whose been wronged, and/or knows someone whose been wronged, to follow suit. These complaints we have on the Ripoff Report helps us and others, and these complaints speak volume on TV. But in the proper Officials' hands...Who knows?
It's worth a chance to get Asset Accetance LLC fined, held accountable, class action sued, forced to refund our money, and hopefully, Shut Down! I believe we can do it - together! I already, sent in my complaint online, and printed a copy for my records.

I made a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I encourage everyone whose been wronged, and/or knows someone whose been wronged, to follow suit.
