At&T has been out several times to fix issues. They cut my previous connections from previous venders (ie. cable companies, other DSL carriers). Exchanged one box, redid plugs. Just when we thought it was fixed...did the same thing. Turn on tv, show plays and no guide or up down on tv channels. Must disconnect again, reconnect and wait five minutes for tv to kick in and pray it works still.
Uverse has bugs that AT&T really needs to work out of their system. My Internet connection is slow, much slower than when I had the same MGs with cable.
