Attorney Steve stein, Stephen stein, Steve stein Fell asleep in trial - after lying to client Las vegas
Steve stein was retained by a client while he was in pahrump called J. O. This man paid stein over $50,000. From the beginning stein lied to J and told him there was no conspiracy in his case they will never be able to prove it and so on. He told him that so he could get him as a client and get paid. Then the lies begun "I’m doing this and that” when in fact stein did nothing. Stein has NO one to write a motion stein has NO investigator stein has nothing. He is a liar. Anyway on the night before trial stein then told J hey they have a 70% chance of convicting you - no doubt some made up number. They went to trial and stein fell asleep several times over the 3 day period. J got convicted and got 14 yeas instead of 6 which is what he should have gotten. Stein after the verdict turned to J and said "maybe I should retire” that was 2 yeas age. This joker is still practicing. Keep away!
