ATVDiscounter Spent a month triing to get my scooter shipped and another month trying to get a refund and now ATVDiscounter has robbed me of $598.00! Dallas, Fort Worth Texas
I placed a phone order with Steve (Sales) on 2/22/08 for a SC-2 scooter and was told that it would ship withing seven business days and I would be notified when it ships. The same day I was e-mailed a notice that my payment of $598.00 was received.
After two weeks I started to contact Steve to see why it wasn't shipped yet. He wanted me to contact the shipping deptment(the first sign that I was getting the run-around) I called the shipping deptment and talked to Angela and she said that the two colors that I requested where not availible. I picked two more and she assured me my order would ship the next day. Two days later I called back and ask Angela why my oder still didn't ship. She once again said that it needed another coler change and she didn't remember talking to me two day prior and denied that she said my order would be shipped the next day. I was time to just request a manager. Managers at ATVDiscounter are as hard to get a hold of as trying to fish with your hands.
After waiting on hold for 20 minutes another woman came on the line claiming to be a manager. She was short and rude to me and put me on hold again. Then what do you know but Steve called me on my home phone as was acting like he just got chewed out and promised that my order would ship right then.
Another week goes by and it takes me a week to get a hold of a manager to cancel my order and just get a refund. I talked to Nathan on 3/24/08. He seemed very sincere and apologetic and said my card would be refunded withing 72 hours. Not the case and now I have called Steve and Nathan several times. Nathan is hard to track down and never returns calls and I havn't even yelled at anyone yet because I know that just makes it worse. At this point ATVDiscounter and Nathan have robbed me of $598.00.
