Audiofile ripoff con artist fake latest sucker City Of Industry California
I've become the latest sucker in the 583LR ripoff scam.
I was approached on a Dorset St, Dublin,Ireland by two american's. Who told me they were delivering HI-FI gear and had extra systems let over due to a delivery mistake. They showed my the delivery docket for 8 AudioFile 538LR systems, they had just sold one (conned someone else)prior to me meeting them for 600 euro.. which they kept flashing in my face, they had 6 systems left.
I asked to see the gear and they opened a system up there and then on the street, it certainly looked the part. They had a folder off glossy Hi-Fi gear specs for Sony Bose and other well known manufacturers and from that they produced a simillar glossy spec for these 583 LR systems.. I thougt my luck was in.. but I didn't have 600 euro..
I told them 400 was all I could do.. They said OK..
They dropped the speakers off for me, then drove me to a bank, I gave them the money.. Speakers are bad.
These guys are real pro's...
I wonder how they get to move around the world and have a constant supply off speakers to coon folk with...
