I was offered on line a free sample of skin care products but I would need to pay the shipping. I signed up to get the free sample. I received a full size amout of cleanser, conditioner gel and cream. Then was charged 97.77 plus 1.02 shipping. This was totally different than the offer. Now I have bee charged again for the product. All I wanted was a sample to see if I wanted it. It also does not work as they promised.

Its easier for the American Consumer to blame ANYONE else then it is to admit that they have made a mistake. We all know that NO ONE reads anymore. Why would they. In our point and click world they would rather point,click,blame. Its overall easier for them to blame someone else for what amounts to stupidity on THEIR part. This is yet ANOTHER example of how the American Consumer refuses to accept responsability for their actions.
You wont get a refund. Call the number and cancel. Then in the future......LEARN TO READ!!! And I dont mean read, I mean reading as a pattern of behavour. You will CONTINUE to get screwed like this until you learn to read everything presented to you.
