Auto Advantage - Kevin Geagan was the employer of a few employee's that became ill and then disabled because of his direct neglect Hendersonville, North Carolina
In 2005 Kevin Geagan and Auto Advantage started up a mobile auto body repair and painting company named mobile 360 Inc, this company was created and funded by both Kevin Geagan and its parent company Auto Advantage Inc. Under Kevin Geagan's direction and control certain individuals were hired and trained to repair and spot paint used automobiles for Kevin Geagan and Auto Advantage Inc.
In short ,the employees were improperly trained and not provided with proper saftey equipment which led to debilitating factors for employees,such as respiratory illnessnesses and leading to severe Anixtiey and central nervous system malfunctions. Kevin Geagan and Auto Advantage refuses to pay for medical bills for at least two of the permentally disabled employees, one of these employees was named Michael Kitchen. Who was threatened by Kevin Geagan not to tell the public about his neglect.
The IRS found in its final determination letters that at least two individuals who worked for Kevin Geagan, mobile 360 Inc and its parent company Auto Advantage were for certain employees for mobile 360 Inc and its parent company Auto Advantage. The IRS further found that at least two employees including Michael Kitchen had been misclassified as a Contractor. Kevin Geagan Continues to deny worker compensation claims of his employees that he made sick by his direct negligence. Michael has now been permanently disabled since working for Kevin Geagan, mobile 360 Inc and its parent company Auto Advantage.
