I've used this company for many years in the past and it's been great. Savings and customer service. However now all of that has chenged. \
My lastest certificant, bought in Sept, 2014, was not honored by the Service Center Vendor on the certificate. They told me they were not happy with the company and did not renew with them when the contract came up. According to them, AutoCareSuperSaver (ACSS) issued the voucher for oil changes after the contract expired. I contacted ACSS and they told me this was a mistake and were going to send me a new certificate at a different local service center vendor. They never did. I've called numerous times over the last several months and left messages with customer service with no response calls.
Looks like they may have relocated to CA - maybe were sold. Whatever the case, they have gone from great company with great value to a RIP-OFF.
