Auto Parts Giant Charges your VISA, but doesn't send the order Ripoff BELLFLOWER California
On 3/21/07, I purchased via the www.autopartsgiant.com website, $90.58 worth of auto parts (invoice 1892658). Paid for the order with my VISA card.
Autopartsgiant immediately charged my VISA card for $90.58 on 3/21/07. On 3/30/07, I received an email indicating that my order had been shipped. On 4/9/07, I phoned Autopartsgiant to inquire why I had not recieved my order. A rather rude individual informed me that my order had been cancelled. When I asked why my VISA has not been credited, he hung up on me. I called back, got another person on the phone, and asked to speak to a manager. I was hung up on again.
Autopartsgiant is engaging in deceptive business practises (charging credit cards for non-existant orders and sending out shipping confirmations for non-existant orders). To this date, they have not credited my VISA card. I plan on also contacting the CA Attorney General's office and filing a complaint against them.
