I am embarrassed to say that I dupt by this rip off company! Where do you want me to start??? I would like to tell the truth that around 90% of the customer service people at auto part wharehouse have no basic car knowledge! They were not fully trained for car parts and their catalogue is not daily updated so only a few things are updated weekly. They have around 50 plus website under different names so please be very careful who you are buying parts from. If they have an 800 number Google the company and do your home work because it probably the same people!
Their managers will not answer because they are on a firstcall resolution and if THey do not resolve that, they will get punished. This company is truly located in a third world country. They are listed as having a "Corporate office" in carson calif which is where I am from and it is only a front! IT is just office space that they pay for so they can do business in the US.
THis company is nothing but a middle man that orders part from different distributors abroud. They DO NOT HAVE a central warehouse where the parts come from as they lead you to beleive. I found this out when my parts began to show up one at a time.
Every shipping label was from a different place!!!!
Every pary I ordered was either defective, missing parts or the WRONG STUFF!!
I have been on the phone with them day after day trying to get this resolved and still nothing!!! Their favorite word to their customers is "Sir I am sorry" Well between you and I? I am sick of the I am sorry and All I want my freaking money back!!!
I have been calling and waiting for them to send me the RMA and shipping lable to return their JUNK and I'm still waiting. All they are good at is taking your money and dragging their feet when it comes to taking back the junk they sent and refunding you your money.
Under NO circumstances should you every buy from this company!!! DO YOUR HOME WORK ON ANY ONLINE COMPANY and make sure that the have a good rep and are located in the good old US of A!!!
I have since contacted my back who assured me that they will have the funds returned to my account with in a week or two.
At this point all I can say is caveat emptor. The latin word for byer beware!!!!
