ONLY HISPANICS WORK AT AUTOFIT AND PER THEIR JOB AD THEY WANT TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.
THE HR DIRECTOR LUPINA (LAST NAME UNKNOWN) SAID THEY DON'T HAVE TO HIRE BLACKS. THIS IS RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.
Autofit, Inc. located at 8223 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247 refuses to hire black people. Their warehouse has no black employees. Their office in Houston, Texas has no black employees. The Human Resources Director in Houston, Texas is named Mrs. Lupina. The White Man who created the Job Ad purposely typed the ad to notify only 'Hispanics need apply' By detailing all warehouse laborers needed to be bilingual. In Dallas, TX this overwhelmingly removes the job for African Americans. This is widespread now. Using "Bilingual Only" to hire "ONLY" Hispanics and excluding all blacks. Whites are hired regardless because the companies that use these discriminatory job ads all have whites working in them. And hispanics. But NO BLACKS. AutoFit, Inc. is not the only company that discriminates. Nieman Printing in Dallas, TX and Power Packaging in Grand Prairie, TX also discriminate against hiring Black People.
I just called the Houston Location and spoke to Lupina the HR Director. She refused to give me her last name. She started screaming that the company doesn't have to hire blacks if they don't want to and she ended up slamming the phone down and abruptly disconnecting the call.
Refusing to hire Native Born Americans, Black Americans, is WRONG. Black People have families they need to support as well. How can whites and other complain about blacks being on welfare when you REFUSE TO HIRE THEM?! What are they suppose to do?
I will be filing online complaints. And possibly notifying EEOC and the Texas Workforce as well. I understand that the hispanic worker I spoke to at the Dallas location said a "White Man" had typed the ad. It doesn't matter who typed it. This is code language for NO BLACKS NEED APPLY. IT NEEDS TO STOP.

What, in your opinion, would keep a black person from learning Spanish??? I would imagine since I don't speak Spanish that I would not be hired. Not discrimination. Just me not having needed job skills.
