I ordered a laptopstand from this companynon March 3,2007, because they advertise that they ship the same day. That could not be farther from the truth. I called a month later as I had not received the product. I spoke with Mary-who stated that she would get back to me within 24 hours. She never called back.

I called back at least 10 to 20 times and got voicemail. I emailed them a total of 40 times between not getting the product and then when I finally got the product in late May it was not what I ordered. There was no parts list or directions in the package. I again spoke with Mary, who was very nice the first several times I talked with her, turned into a psycho and asked what I wanted from them and to stop calling them and hung up on me.

After numerous calls, I spoke with a man wh stated that he was an owner, however he would only give me his first name. He said his name was Ray and when i informed him that I did not have all the parts to even put the thing together he got angry and told me to just " send the thing back." I did and they refused it.

I called him again on 6-12-07 and he told me that nobody would refuse the package. I also complained about his staff and there rudeness on the phone and about Julie who handles his returns who has not answered even one e-mail that has been sent to her. He stated that he would take care of that and to send the product back. Once again it was refused.

I called numerous times and Julie gave me a code to use when I send the package back. She told me to put the code on the outside of the package. I did so and the package was received by her in July. Since then I have been trying to get a return to my credit card. The last time I called Julie- she called me a f------- moron and to send her some confirmation that they received the product back. I sent the confirmation from USPS and I have not received anything back from them.

I called Ray again as I type this message and he stated that he would look into this and promised a call back within the hour. Guess what- That did not happen.

If you are smart- you will never use this company. I filed a BBB complaint that was not answered and I have one pending with the Illinois attorney General's Office.
