What d**k D. stated is TRUE. It happened to me and 2 others from Automax and trainer Steve Rzepiela. We were randomly selected by a Jane Shuster to inteview for a sales consultant at Peruzzi Auto Group. Out of about 50 people, 7 were selected. We lost one student on the second day. At this point, we all believed we had a job working for Quakertown Mitsubishi.
During the 2nd day they mentioned that there was a tuition of $100. It was undisclosed to me in the interview. When we were done training on day 3, we were told to talk to 2 sales managers at the dealership. Needless to say, they picked 3 of us and the other 3 got screwed. We were told that I he (the trainer) couldn't place us, we would get our money back. The trainer won't even respond to my email.

I would like to retract my posting in reference to Steve Rzepiela, my trainer that trained me through AutoMax. Although I don't agree with AutoMax's Recruiting and Training practices. I do know that Steve is a man of his word. He did not place me in a dealership, however, he did refund my money after his attempts to place me. He did everything in his power to make his students happy.
My original report was posted the day that I was notified that I wasn't chosen at the dealership where I was trained. My anger was directed at Steve, when it should have been directed at the dealership.
Please accept this as a public apology as I may have ruined your reputation by being on this site.
