Avant Credit Does not return refunds from over payment Chicago Nationwide
On April 27, 2016 Avant acknowledges that my loan was PAID IN FULL. In fact there was an overpayment of $400 and some odd dollars.
On May 11, 206 I contacted Avant regarding the return of my overpayment. I was told it would take another week and I could expect my overpayment ACHd to my Checking Account on May 18, 2016.
On May 19, 2016 I contacted Avant to find out where is the Overpayment Return. They informed me that it would take one more week.
I currently do not believe they are going to return my money at all. They know that for $400 I can not affort to hire an attorney. They do not care about any repeat business so all I can do is let everyone else know that if you do business with Avant Credit you will be ripped off.
