This was a promotional ad: buy skin care product for $4.95. However, when I went to checkout, they had added $2.95 for shipping insurance and $6.95 for another product, neither of which I wanted or agreed to. It did not matter. They had already charged my credit card. When I called the number (on ripoffreport.com) to cancel my order immediately, they told me that they could not refund me. I asked where they were located, what the name of the company was, and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. They then told me that they would, indeed, refund me, but that it would take 7-10 business days.
