I ordered an iPhone5 through avobuy.com on 3/22/2014 with order number 105850, and the price was $377 that was required to pay by bank check account not credit card. As described, I have to wait 60+ days to receive to staff.  I finally found from blogs that states the acutal time will be at least 6+ months. THerefore, I request to refund since I could not wait that long.

The situation, therefore, has happened till today. Avobuy said to have 30+ days to process return that emailed me as professional one. However, the company won't do as it said. It ignores my emails after I asked every week. I may replied you same message like "Your request (7276) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email." . I have no way to talk to real company representative even the phone number listed in the company website.

It behaviors to eat you money anyway.

Please stop this company's criminal activity!It can treat me this way and will do the same to others.

If you paid by a bank check, why didn't you stop the payment from the bank when you decided to cancel? Or it was because you did not research until it was too late? If so, you may have to wait...
