In September I found the site for Avobuy. I saw that they had Iphones for low prices if you were willing to wait 90 days after purchase to receive it. So I jumped at the chance to get it.
After 110 days i still had not received the phone, so I contacted them asking for a refund. They promptly said they would gladly refund the purchase, which would take 5 to 7 days.
A week passed, and still no refund. I contacted them again, and they said they had refunded the purchase. This went on for some time, and guess what? Still no refund. I was told to contact my credit card company and do a dispute/credit back. The credit card company has no record of any attempted refund.
I tried again to email avobuy, and also calling them. After being on hold for over two hours, I again got the run around and was told that it is my fault I have not received the refund.
