Avobuy SCAM... get your money... never get a product.... ask for a refund.... never get a refund westminster California
Avobuy is a company that states they will deliver a highly-discounted product in 3-6 months. They never deliver. They have posted videos of, in my opinion, employees or friends that get these products and 'oo' and 'ahh' for them. It's a straight scam. You order and they take the money. They tell you it will take x months. After x months, you contact them. They state they are having trouble with their distributor. Please wait x more months or take a refund. Either option ends badly. Either way, you finally end up asking for a refund. They say it will take x days. It never happens. (In the world of charge cards - don't use a debit card - they can refund it in a 3-4 business days, not 30-40.) Then, you call back and they tell you that they already sent the money. They didn't, but they will argue they did. Then, they tell you to talk to the credit card company to get a refund. The credit card company will use their insurance, you will get a refund for them and this company pockets the money and walks away. I have notified the BBB (as have others) and I have notified the Federal Trade Commission's consumer fraud division. Please do the same. Get these people put behind bars.
