Avobuy.com Ordered Dell - 15.6" Inspiron Notebook - 8 GB Memory - 1 TB Hard Drive on 05th May, 2014. Still not delivered Internet

I ordered Dell - 15.6" Inspiron Notebook - 8 GB Memory - 1 TB Hard Drive on 5th May, 2014 for an amount $352.00. I haven't received it till date. I couldn't reach them through phone. I asked them to refund the amount through the email. I got the below reply from them. I prolonged waiting till then.

I have even contacted my bank for the amount to refunded, but Unfortunately these dealers have debited the amount as 'Online Check Payment' which am not aware of at all. It seems bank will not refund the amount if it is a 'Online Check Payment'.

I am totally frustated and lost vision of contacting these dealers anymore. Please take appropriate action and make others aware that it is a fradulent site. It would be greatful if i can get my amount refunded soon.
