We have no record of any 'Rocky' ever attending one of our workshops, nor have we received any direct complaints from anyone named 'Rocky'. Evidence that Rocky is fabricating his claims: (1) He says that he and his wife JUST attended our workshop, and has already lost 30-40 bids. It's obviously not possible to submit so many bids in such a short time. (2) If Rocky did submit 30-40 bids in such a short time, they could not have been quality bids. B2G Institute can't be responsible for Rocky's shoddy work. (3) Rocky complains that there was too little time spent on reselling, and too much on areas he did not understand. B2G Institute's students don't come to our seminars to learn what they already know, they come to learn about things they don't already know. If Rusty had paid better attention to some of the other sessions, he may be doing better now. (4) When students are confused with important issues, we offer them additional help. Although Rocky calls this a sales pitch, the offer is certainly one from which any struggling contractor stands to benefit. Our students and clients love our services. We could not have succeeded for so long if we were not delivering value. 'Rocky' is either not doing his homework, does not understand the governments requirements, is selling something that the government doesn't buy (they're the biggest customer in the world, but they stopped buying buggy whips and asbestos long ago), or is overpricing his products. 'Rocky' talks about class actions suits before he even contacts us directly that we might respond to his concerns. If 'Rocky' has a genuine problem, I would like to resolve it. I've identified myself so that I can help 'Rocky'. If 'Rocky' wants a satisfactory conclusion, he need only come forward and identify himself as I have. If he does not, the most likely conclusion is that 'Rocky' is a disgruntled former employee or jealous competitor.
