Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In July, the companies website and ads on television stated that they would guarantee that they could find you a lender for bad credit loans. They stated that if you pay the $99 fee up front, they would send you a list of lenders and if you were unsuccessful they would refund the $99.

I received a list of six lenders from the company. 5 of the 6 did not do business in Vermont and services were not available here and the sixth one came back with a denial. We have been fighting them for the refund of the fees since july and have had no luck.

To make matters worse the emails that they send are nasty and they will not give us a name. Below are the responses that I have gotten from the company:

NOWHERE on our website does it state that we guaranteed any lender would approve you. So, unless you want to be called a liar, you need to show us where it says those words. Secondly, if you qualify for a refund, then one will be issued. Being decline is NOT a qualification! If you had bothered to READ the refund policy before apply, you would have KNOWN that.

Filing a false report with any agency is a FELONY in your state. We will be reviewing anything you report for lies. Based on what you have stated so far, you will be making up facts.

The guarantee DID NOT state your money would be refunded if you were declined by a lender. Give us your attorney's name and number so we can explain how DUMB you are

Then -show us- the emails that state we would give you

a refund if you were declined...

They will not stand behind their guarantee and they will not even speak to me on the telephone.

If you are seeking info on this company Check with the Secretary of State (you can often acess this information on their web site as it is deemed Public Information) Start with the name that you paid the monies to either by check, credit or however. You had to put a Pay to the Order to for them to get their 99.00. Even if they are not incorporated they are required to register a dba LP etc.. with the state in which they are doing business with. See if you can find out anything including but not limited to Agent for Service of Process. Also check with the Dept. of Real Estate of Cali and the state they represent that they are located. See if you can find any information on them, including prior complaints (the Dept. of Real Estate also has sites in varies states and this information is also deemed public information. You can also check the Superior Court's web site by typing in their name (or any other names you have come across) that the payment was made out to, to see if you can find any history on them. You would be amazed what you can find out about someone or a buss these days and all deemed public information.
