In May husband came to me and told about a credit service in Washington, DC that removes negative credit reportings through the 3 credit bureaus in 90 days and I in turned paid 350 plus the Western Union fee of 25.00 for this service. I was told that I would be mailed the 3 separate credit reports. I was to copy the report and mail the original to Bad Credit Removal Services. I received to reports 1 from Equifax and 1 from Trans Union and nothing from Experian. I called repeatly and inform my counselor that I had not received the 3rd credit report. They proceeded to cleaned up Equifax and Trans Union. I found this out while sittng in the office of a mortage company this was back in August way past the time I was told this was done. When I called BCRS to report what I had learned they told me I needed to to speak with Mr. Perry and he would be able to help. I was told that was ordered and that was on 9/23/2009 and I still have not as of yet received a report from Experian. Than I was told to order the report myself with I did and I ordered it online on 10/04/2009 and overnighted to BCRS and then I was told that they could not use an online report. I was told over and over the report was ordered and still I have no report from Experian. I called Experian and told that since I working with a credit removal servie they were not releasing my report because they were informed my BCRS they needed my report to finish my credit service. Here we are in January 2010 and this is not done to my satisfaction nor is it done completed . I am still getting the run around from this company. The main problem is there is no contact from anyone in this company and no updates of what is going on with your case.

This a message to whomever wrote this report about our company. To say bad things about our company that are not true, as you did in your report, tells me either you are one of our competitors trying to put us out of business or you are a dissatisfied client that do not want any resolution to your situation. We have been in business for 15 years and we try our upmost to satisfy each and every client, including you, to the best of our ability, we want to satisfy you. If we fell short in doing so, "please" contact us immediately so that we can retify the situation. You mentioned that we did clean up two of the three major credit bureaus reports (that's good news"), but one (Experian) you did not receive at all and you mailed in a credit report you got off the internet. Our policy is we only work with the original copies of credit bureau's reports and if for any reason you did not get a credit report from one of the credit bureaus, we would kept trying to get it for you at our expense....Sometimes the credit bureaus want to verify your identity before they send you a credit report and they need "two"very important documents for verification, such as: driver's license and a utility bill (Cable bill, gas bill, water bill, electric bill), or phone bill, bank statement, oe lease. Without those documents for verification, the credit bureaus have the right not to send you a credit report for your protection. We can't force them to send you a credit report but you can if you send them what they are asking for when they ask for it. If you don't send them, not us, the information they are requesting, they will not send you a credit report, which is so easy to get, if you comply with them. I' so sorry if you had any type of trouble getting a free report and more importantly so sorry that you did not contact us immediately. We are here everyday Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. I don't why you can't get in contact with anyone here during our regular hours but we would love for you to call us or email us to get this problem resolved quickly. Please ask for "Mr.Perry" when you call.
