Bad Credit Removal Services Inc con artists fake ripoff Washington District of Columbia
I contacted this company in April to help correct some erroneous credit data on my report. The person you initially speak with will always transfer you to another person, but they must use some sort of answering service to transfer calls to make them seem legitimate. They had two options 1) to pay $375 up front or 2) make $125 payments over 3 months. I chose the latter, since I thought if they didn't do anything I could stop the payments.
They explain I will receive letters from all 3 credit reporting agencies and to send them immediately to them via mail. I received a letter from them the first week, so I thought they were doing their job. However, after two months I called to ask what the status is and was told only after all 3 payments were collected would they do anything. It had been so long I decided to wait. Two weeks past the final payment I still hadn't receive any mail from the credit agencies and called again. I was told everything had been sent and to wait a couple more weeks.
Over a month past the last payment I still hadn't received anything. I called a Charles Perry, he's supposed to be the credit specialist on his cell phone, 301-758-6308, and he couldn't give me a explanation why nothing had been done. I demanded my money back and he asked for an address to send it. The man didn't even have my address on file. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later and know I will have to continue to call this company.
I would think this type of fraudulent activity is not legal. Don't we have any protection against this from the law?

If you could provide us with your name or call us immediately, I'm sure we could find out what happened to your account. Why wait 7 seven years later to act or do anything about this? We need to respond to you quickly in order to resolve any matter that you experience with our company. If we did not do anything to your credit, you are entitled to a full refund but without you responding to us quickly, it's not helping to resolve the matter.
If you signed up with our program, we definetly have all your information such as: your name address, date of birth, and etc. There is no reason for us not to have an address on file for you to send a refund to you, as you stated in your report. Please, call us so we can verify who you are and get this situation resolved immediately. We try to maintain a high level of satisfaction within our company and we want to satisfy and help you in any way we can. Thank you and we look forward in talking to you very soon.

Hello My name is Nancy R. Day of Hyattsville MD. I recently gave this company a call and signed on with them immediatly. I was refered to them by a friend by the name of Mike Hyman that use this services before. I have to honesty say that it worked for my husband and I. We were told that we will receive credit reports before and after the credit removal process was completed and we did and more than 50% percent of the credit was and still is removed. They explain everything to u upfront and give you the right to call them if you forget but it's important that you follow directions I had a great representative that was really honest and true. My husband and I went with another company which I wont discuss legally and we was ripped off, this company we located in San Jose, CA and they had no location. Bad Credit Removal Services has a office and live representatives for you. I will recommend this company to anybody and so far I have all of my , family, friends, co-workers are on the bandwagon. They wanted to see ours get done first. But whenever you sign onto a company you don't know of, just do YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!!
