Bader Insurance Bad Company operates on BAD FAITH practices Indianapolis, Indiana
I had a storage unit that was burglarized late night
6/6 or early morning 6/7. I
called Bader Insurance to file a claim. The agent or CSR conducted a phone
interview with me and the property
manager. I gave all the information requested via phone interview, email, and
regular mail. Included in the
information were pictures, copy of sales
receipts, police report, copy of insurance
premium, and statements from the
property manager. I called on 6/29/12 and spoke with Maranda. I was told that
an adjuster will contact me when they reach a decision. I did not received a call or letter and called back 7/27. I spoke
to Maranda again and asked for a status. I was transferred to an adjuster by
the name of Scott. Of course he was unavailable. I left my name, claim number
and phone number as instructed and have yet to received a response.
I DJ on the weekend and missed out on 5 big
events. Bader insurance has caused me to
lose income while they wait and try not to honor the claim. I paid this company to insure my storage and
contents with the understanding that if something happens, I would be
compensated for my loss. This company is operating under
a BAD FAITH policy and should be investigated for their practices. I
paid for a service and have yet to received what I paid for. I have all the
documents they requested as proof if needed. Its a large file but I can send 4
emails or fax if required.
