Complaint Review: BANG ON INTERLOCK - Pembroke Ontario

In emails (attached) John Lavoie claims he past away at the Ottawa Civic Hospital.  Then when it was pointed out that the Criminal Code of Canada section 140 (1)(d) makes it illegal to tell people you are dead he offers an excuse (My email was hacked).  If you read this entire report this is his goto response. (attached).  Then he continues to threaten and tells people to "f-off", "there idiots" anything to degrade someone (but this is a person that goes to church according to Mr. Logan).  Then Mr. Lavoie claims he went to Ontario Works and met with an OW worker but the problem is OW like so many government offices are closed to the public (you can call and email) but you can't go in (attached) so once again Mr. Lavoie lies. (attached).

Recently (between April-May) Mr. Lavoie took almost $1800 from a single lady in Petawawa to do a job but didn't show and didn't contact her claiming once again he was in the hospital.  Since I was with him to measure the job I felt obligated to reach out to her and put her and her ex-husband (both wonderful) people with John Lavoie's brother who was kind enough to repay them so she wasn't out of pocket any money.

John Lavoie, what can one say.  He claims I lost in court though we both agreed to drop our case.  John doesn't have to worry about refiling as he didn't live up to his arrangements.  Typical John Lavoie so the previous case is be reopen and a new suit is underway.

John Lavoie feels reading about me on ripoff report makes what he says is fact...let's face it anyone can say anything on this site.  However, read facebook and other reputable cites and you will see that John Lavoie had to repay back a client over $1700 as he made promises and didn't deliver.  It was only when they contact he gracious brother that they received a refund (not by John Lavoie but by his brother).

Due to Fraud being pulled on my company I had no choice to close down my company As of Nov 15 2019 Service Ontario has closed down my company BBB has also been informed I am no longer a member due to this as well. To my customers with warranties you will be able to contact me through email.

As I was reading the various rebuttals it is clear John is not very professional and seems to have a lot of resentment and hatred towards Trevor.  What I don't understand is why a person that holds himself as a professional would call people names and bothering to respond at all to the original post.   

John wouldn't it have been simplier to just to work an arrangement to pay Trevor for the services you in fact requested?  and Trevor could you have not have done the same.

Trevor Goble has just filed his application to begin the verification process under Ripoff Report CAP program.  Ripoff Report will read each post and uncover which reports are accurate and verifiable.

I sometimes flip through various Ripoff Reports and honestly I get a laugh on how much time is wasted on something that has no point.  What I have noticed in these posts is John seems to use a lot of other peoples names where Trevor is consistant with his name.  John seems to post attachments with nothing to offer and Trevor seems to be posting supporting materials to substantiate what he is saying.

On a personal note you both need to grow up and deal with your matter in court like gentlemen and let the judges figure it out and honestly if I where the judge I would probably throw it all out though I do believe John did get services provided and didn't pay for it.

Yet again, another name used by John Lavoie....David Mokk

Well, the home were the service is and when the services were provided and installed I was not living there.  There's a fun fact.  If my number is on the account is because the person who set up the account gave it to them as a contact.

Is John Lavoie really stating "all those documents you didn't serve by registered mail is tossed" or the documents were already served prior to September 26 and registered and recognized by the courts as they were served in court in front of the Judge at a motion back in May 2019.  

John Lavoie is now claiming a "false invoice from Service Ontario and I am being investigated" okay.  Problem I never made any invoice...so another false report by John Lavoie

John Lavoie claims he has no business names other than Bang On Interlock who email is [email protected] so there you go John Lavoie owns Bang On Interlock after he stipulated in court that he was on ODSP and he sold his business to his son.  Yet, another lie told by John Lavoie.

John Lavoie tries to settle with me by extortion pay me or I go to the place and even says in email if I talk about the settlement offer he will go to the police" (email of Oct 22, 2019) Then the following day states I had a chance to settle..I am not the one contacting you my email (email of Oct 23, 2019).  Oddly, both were sent from [email protected] email the one John Lavoie posted in an earlier post.

So what about this "Filer" which he claims means "ownership of the company".  A filer is the person or company that filed for the business registration.  In this case the Articles of Incorporation states John Lavoie is the Director and Owner of the T.L.C. Grooming Inc.  There is no argument that I filed for the registration but it was at John Lavoie's request.  In fact attached to another post I also showed a text message sent from him to the owners of TLC Grooming in Ottawa stating he owned the business and to tell them to take down their sign.  So, if I own TLC Grooming as John Lavoie stipulates then why is he telling them to take down their sign?

John Lavoie poses a question "if he married her mom (who still has his ring on) wouldn't that make him her step-father".  Actually, no because she is an adult...it would make him the husband of her mom.  In any event, how does it feel your potential step-daughter is suing you for unpaid wages?  Would that make John Lavoie step-father of the year?  Hey, look at me I stiffed my own step-daughter! (lol)

I have known Mr. Goble's daughter for over 15 years.  Her mother accused Mr. Goble of so much including he touched her.  I know because the police (Ottawa, SDQ, OPP, Pembroke, CAS) all invesitgated the claim and they all came to the same conclusion, a false allegation designed to get custody.  The Ottawa police was far more throughal in their investigation and conducted a serious of polygraphs (Josee Senical-Ottawa Police).  Mr. Goble passed each polygraph (passed not inconclusive or fail).  I know Mr. Goble was very cooperative with police and that shined through.

The Family Courts and CAS had the mom sign documents to put his daughter in his care even in the face of the so called allegations.  What does that tell John Lavoie.

I find your actions shameful, exploiting my freind the way you are all because you want to get in the pants of her mom and then you destroy her mom in the same stroke.  You even said Mr. Goble is making her sick and she wants to kill herself.  What did Mr. Goble do called the police to make sure she was okay.  Shame on you John.  I wonder if your mother would be proud of you?

So it is Victory Day for John Lavoie so it is written....Question does anyone see Victory?  If what John Lavoie and his various aliases is true then isn't just wrong to use children to support your claims?  Yep, John Lavoie is a true professional (lol).

A big mistake John Lavoie has done and even I forgot to claim it until I was given an opportunity to file a defence to his claim in court is "punitive damages".  You see people in Canada the hardest thing one can claim is "punitive damanges".  True to form John Lavoie claims it but doesn't do his research, he even includes a few cases citing punitive damages that even outlines judges reasonings, so I thank John Lavoie for bringing that to my attention...still awesome.

John Lavoie keeps on saying things without any proof or supporting documents.  He attaches a bill saying "Filer: Trevor Goble", "the name of a business" but never posts the actual "Articles of Incorporation" and here's why.  Yes, I am the filer for the business (never disputed that) what John Lavoie has advanced is I am the owner of the business (which is a complete fabrication) and since the Articles of Incorporation is public record I will post the complete AOI.

If one refers to post #86 and the attachments a text message from John Lavoie himself to one of the owners/associates of TLC Grooming as stated by John Lavoie that he owns TLC Grooming, Take the sign down and he has paid for it.  He owns the name TLC Grooming Inc but hasn't paid for it and TLC Grooming doesn't operate under TLC Grooming but it's funny how people can hail VICTORY even with wrong information or advancing the facts (truth).

So your Master Business Licence places your business on Bank Street, the Better Business Bureau puts it on Upland's Drive and you conduct business using a Pembroke Address.  Oddly, the address you put on your Business Licence is a car dealer in Ottawa and has been for over 20 years and the mailing address is a house located in Pembroke (where you don't live).  Did John Lavoie falsify business registration records?  Does this sound professional?

John Lavoie claims I forged a document but lets see what the law says about that under the Canadian Criminal Code section 368: Everyone commits and offence wo knowing or believing that a document is forged who uses, deals with or act on it as if it were genuine, causes or attempts to cause any person to use, deal with or act on it as if it were geniune, transfers, sells or offers to sell it or makes it available to any person knowing that or being reckless to where an offence will be committed and possess it with intent to commit an offence.

So did I use it or act as if it were geniune?  Answer: NO

Cause a person to person to use, deal or act on as if it were geniune?  Answer: NO

Did I offer to sell it or make it available to any person?  Answer: NO

Did I have the intent to commit an offence?  Answer: NO

John Lavoie advances that I can make up false BN numbers and corporate papers.  I suppose anyone could but if a person calls the government about the BN or the corporate papers is actually down by a legal firm and is registered by that firm is the documents false?  Of course not and this goes to show how John Lavoie is attempting to avoid paying for his business registrations by make yet another false claim after all he states "that mistake cost you part of the claim".  In fact, John Lavoie filled the corporate registration invoices in court about 3 weeks ago.

Is John Lavoie asking my daughter now on a date "go to supper" and I am the pervert?  Wow!  By the way isn't she a plaintiff in the case?  Is she suing John Lavoie for unpaid wages?  Instead of taking her out to supper perhaps just pay her what you owe her for working for you. Good day world.   Another report from Team John Lavoie

As a professional (so John Lavoie claims) he starts off calling people losers...Yep, that is certainly professional.  He continues to say "get off your a*s and get a job".  Wow, maybe I have a job?  Does he know were I work?  or Do I not work? Perhaps I am on Ontario Works get $189 per month?  Who knows right...no facts, no supporting documents to establish his claims (just saying).  He continues to state "you can't have enough to three sports cars".  I do own a Mini Cooper but the only person that knew about the alleged other 2 was John Lavoie himself.   Funny how false information can be posted.  Does any really think I own a corvette or a mercedes SL550 ... pictures courtesy of Butlers Chevrolet and true to form you most more false information being posted by Camp John Lavoie.  So tophatter sent you a list of all my purchase, great and honestly who cares but thanks for letting me know you impersonated me again (another criminal offence-Holla).  

He closes with a text message from PBM (isn't it nice when people "rat" themselves out by pointing the finger at each other).  John Lavoie states "you don't have permission to tape me" and PBM states "he is setting me up" and PBM even states "he has been blocked for a long time" though oddly enough emailed me just 2 days ago.  I lived with PBM and moved out September 15, 2019 at 8:30 am...Wow!

PBM also claims I am an IT specialist.  I am not an IT specialist I just finished college as a Business Administrator.  Is PBM giving John Lavoie more false information? Information that has been covertly sent in order to bring out the "source".  When people are two-dimensional thinkers it is very easily done.

Good news I now have a copy of Bang ON Interlock Master Business Licence, it's nice when you can pay $30 and get a copy of it from the Government of Ontario...public records.  Gives the name of the company, the company number when it was establish (2018-08-28) when it expires (2023-08-27), its registered business number (ON-280916883), the name of the owner (John David Lavoie), business address on Uplands Drive and telephone number.  If anyone would like a copy just go to Service Ontario pay the $30 and you too can get a copy...it is all public record (I got it today 2019-25-10).

So I leave everyone with a question "Is John Lavoie posting nothing but facts or nothing but false information, unproven statements or simply making things up to discredit the messager rarther then discrediting the message".

Another post people from John Laovie and another user name "A concern parent" what is that now 10 different names that John Lavoie has used...Wow! 

John Lavoie claims no driver service number.   Private drivers working directly for the person who hires them doesn't need a specialized licence and as for the insurance didn't John Lavoie state in a previous post "I will call your insurance about making a false claim and it starts with W".  I guess he knows I have insurance after all he actually called them.

John Lavoie claims I have no proof yet I keep posting the proof, while he may dislike the method on how something was done (measurements) but it doesn't change the fact it was done. 

John Lavoie says let the courts handle it now and frankly I agree then he continues on and on so does he want the courts to handle it and with all the false posts which court does he want to be in?

John claims that I am a police informant (and it was just posted) unlike him I don't monitor this site hour after hour.   Least we not forget the only  person posting contacting police is John Lavoie. As John Lavoie would say "hmmmmmm".

John also claims "no comment when he claimed I invoiced his customers".  I never onced invoiced his customers but I did invoice John Lavoie.  Here is another fun fact, John sent an invoice that I drafted for him to copy (because let's get real John as he states "thanks for teaching me something new") can't do anything himself ended up sending the invoice without changing the heading of the name...that's right and if he looked it said "bang on interlock" and "the franchise agreement"....Awe everyone forget that?

John continues to state "you have all this money and claiming your on Ontario Works shopping for a car", so everyone listen up...I sent a picture of me standing beside a corvette stating "like my new car" and it was sent to only one person John Lavoie at [email protected] (the same email he posted).   The car sits at Butlers Cheverolet and is own by one of the owners (you can see the plate...so run it).  So why was I at Butlers Chevrolet...my mini cooper was getting appraised for damages after someone keyed the car. 

Claim about clothes, toys, the hotel room the government pays for does my worker know how many people are staying there...well I don't know because I AM NOT STAYING THERE! Is John stalking people? Sounds like it to me...

John continues "are you trying to extort money out of John". I think it's the other way around he tells me in an email "don't tell anyone about my offer or I go to police" and by text "a car will pull up and just get in....no witnesses".... so who is extorting who?

John states "does Natasha know she is entitled to $10,000 for criminal compensation"....I don't know and I don't know any Natasha. 

John states "stop writing your facts and answer the questions"...well at least he admits what I am writing is facts and he continues to state "your facts mean nothing" and he is right "my facts do mean nothing" but his words do and they support the claim...in otherwords his facts supports the claim.  

John states "post the family member" I would but they will be a witness in the court proceeding and under court order I can't unless I serve it by registered mail to John Lavoie and the Courts.

So when you enter the phone number that John Lavoie provides it shows a Kijiji Ad about his interlock company.  I suspect it will be deleted fairly quick.

It has his work he claims to have been done but the sign on the lawn gives a different company and oddly John is nowhere in the video either before, during or after...just an observation.  Nice video though very well done.

Then there are photo's attached one that looks like a online business card, it gives his name, phone number, email address and website.   Funny thing, his website doesn't exist as of today.

Then he shows his company hat with what appears like thousands of dollars.  Is this the professional image he want's the world to see a company that flashes money.  As a consumer it tells me the company is all about the money and perhaps not what they appear to be.   Curious did he get the money from a job or his bank account.  Wonder if ODSP knows he has hidden cash...he did say he was on ODSP.

John Lavoie seems to have a lot of aliases when posting to this site.  While I continue to use the same name.  Names John Lavoie has used on this site: John, David, Dave, Legal Advise, John David Lavoie, Jay.Fitzgerald...  So how does one know.  Everyone has a tell-tale word or phrase and it's almost instinctive and they use it without realizing.  In John's case its "Buddy".  If you read John Lavoie claims I was Joe repeatedly then shifts to someone else then claims he never lies and everything is true.  Apparently, everything isn't true is it.  Even one untruth puts doubt into what a person says.

Yep, Bang On Interlock is a member of the BBB a "paid for" organization and they clearly state they do not endorse businesses or guarantee workmanship or quality of work.  So what does being a BBB member mean.  Not much, however on the BBB site since March there has been complaint(s) registered.

I follow permacon installation guide

You may very well follow the installation guide but if you don't understand geology than the installation guide can't correct the nature of the spring thaw where interlock will drop or heave or both such was the case at 2 Terrance Drive in Bells Corners where 40 small interlock sections dropped or heaved.  Yes you went back and correct the problem and initially they gave a postive review but had to call you in the spring with the problem.

Yet another name used by John Lavoie: Legal Advise...what the 6th name you posted under...wow!  What gives it away is that John Lavoie uses the word "Buddy" when he gets upset, annoyed or flustered.  We all have a word that we use...its a signature word or phrase.

I was never in court today and that is a fact (but call the police, the court clerk or the crown) they will confirm and as for seting up his family...as if.  Funny part is the people he speaks of we had a great time shopping for a car for them (Butlers Chevrolet, Edwards Mazda the can confirm that).

Your are so right a police report doesn't lie but the person who filed the report can! (Holla).  A text from John Lavoie "Now I have to go to the police to prove I had nothing to do with this".  I ask does going to police to report something make it a fact?  or Did the police investigate and realize that no laws were broken so no charges.  At the end of the day a police report is a statement on which police investigate and if there is evidence to support (facts) then charges are filed. Then the court takes over and the person is either found not guilty or guilty.

Funny enough it was me that was sent the voice recorded message between John Lavoie and my ex PBM talking about phone recordings where I believe she said "I thought you were joking".  Guess what PBM never gave explicit consent to record (you remember that comment from the Judge right John, king of recording people including those who sell you...).  Here is a fun little fact...did you have posted signs stating "you are being record" when PBM drove my car to your house (who admitted to police that she did on the same day you made the recording you sent me).  Another fun fact...did you know when you send pictures, videos or recordings that the details go with it including 2 dates (the original date and the modification date)  the original date is the date on which it was taken the the modified date is whent he file was open and then closed.

I can keep going with this but I think people get the point...John Lavoie in my opinion can't talk the real facts only cloud issues with false statements, provocative statements that have no susbstances.  I could post emails if he wants (oh, that's right...I hacked his email...then he can deny it).  

He even can't take a compliment without contorting it...when I said "he is a good salesman" which he is.  Even those "used car salesman that sell crap" they were good to... just dishonest.

Trevor informed me what is going on here through Facebook.

I did lose a small claims case to John I no longer owe him any money. As far as I know the conflict is settled. I have had no other contact with John, although he has repeatedly sent me threatening messages through facebook. I have to keep blocking accounts. I am in contact with my lawyer, (John you know I have a lawyer you met him), and will #1 call the police if John ever shows up at my house #2 contact the police for a restraining order if he does. Considering doing it now. We will see what my lawyer has to say.

Until today I have had no contact with Trevor Goble, I in fact did not know he existed before today.

I do have to say this thread is a little disturbing. I hope you guys can settle things.

While John Lavoie was posting information which was coming from a myriad of people to create a intricate plan to catch the person playing "double agent" by sharing information between myself and John Lavoie in order pit each other so "she" can deflect from her own doing.

Fact 1:  Within hours of this person PBM being told I moved it was posted on this site

Fact 2:  Information that only this person PBM knew and again posted on this site within hours

Fact 3:  The person denounces she is engaged with John Lavoie

Fact 4:  The person denounces that John Lavoie are moving in

Fact 5:  The person denounces that John Lavoie are getting married to her

Fact 6:   John Lavoie and this person where separated by police in court and this person

Fact 7:   False paperwork was left in the room I was renting and it was deliberately left (false info)

Fact 8:   Yes I have called the police but oddly enough they never show up at my door over this

Lastly and I agree that posting here is silly but posting false hurtful reports goes beyond the fact or to expose someone.   John Lavoie's source of information (we know who it is) and if he did his homework he would have discovered that he was played by her and the information was specifically geared to snag and prove who was behind the information.

Settlements are always possible...

I never met the man however, I know of him through John Lavoie and another legal matter that they are both involved in.   I am not commenting on this any further since the matter maybe before the courts or in legal discussions.

But, the relationship between the 2 may suggest that Joe as a unique perspective on John...just saying.

Really?  I know he lives in Pembroke how do you think he got served with the court papers? I am aware of another company in Ottawa who has a John Lavoie working there but I will unveil and expose who has set all this rheotric in motion in another post.

There are 2 attachments to this post.  One is what John Lavoie shows just over $1865 for services rendered and the email from the company you gave him the information.  The email shows where in came from  and where it went to ([email protected]) which is John Lavoies email.   If you read the message it states "Hi Trevor" not "Hi John".   When I called they advised me that a person who said they were "Trevor Goble" called requesting the information.  Upon further verification they realized that it wasn't me who called but another person who they believed by call recordings to be John Lavoie.

John. What are you talking about. It is common knowledge you were a drug dealer. Just because you were never caught, doesn't mean you never did it. It is also common knowledge you are a crack addict. I don't know who you are trying to fool. 

No if you are on mediction, you are still criminally responsible for your actions. If you are off medication you are as well. I have no idea where you got that idea, but you're pretty stupid so whatever. You shouldn't be smoking crack on medication, but you do anyhow. 

Keep Smoking that crack. I don't know why you keep changing the names up top. We all know when it is you. It is very clear by your writting style. You may of had 8 years sober from crack, (when you dealt pot) but you have been in relapse mode for the past three. It is true. I don't think I've ever met the man. But I wish him luck. It seems he has a troubled past, and was going back to school to turn over a new leaf. Getting ripped off by John likely hurt that. 

John is no saint. He is a crackhead and a former drug dealer (maybe he still does, but I think he stopped after he got his girlfriends son killed dealing for him). He has been on ODSP for all his life because he has serious psychological problems, and should be on his meds all the time (even though he often goes off of them). He is also a pathalogical liar. You can't take anything he says seriously. He is a joke. A clown. I don't think "the editors of Rip Off Report" will have anything to say about this whole thing.

Now to John.

You can lie all you want about Trevor. If you keep lying to him, I will continue to post more true stuff about you. I have a whole lot of dirt on you I am more than happy to give up. So I would advise you to stop.

Good luck in court. I hope you got that paralegal to help you alot. Do not get caught up in all the lies that John will say. Just present the facts, and try to be as concice and clear as possible.

I was released in June 2018 and never claimed otherwise and the funny part is I was never charged by Milton OPP.  So John has proof that I have sued other(s).  Okay, no secret it's court records but lets recap that.   LG had my phone over a year to do warranty repairs and I had to sue them to get my LG phone back.   FutureTel didn't challenge the claim and LG admitted they authorized the repair.  I got my phone back repaired. (There's a fun fact).

Again, I don't know Joe in anyway shape or form but is funny other people are also coming forward.  I have always published by name to any report can John say the same (read those names:  John, David-John David Lavoie).  I have never insulted John Lavoie in any post just pointing out the facts.   

It is claimed I owned T.L.C. Grooming Inc.   (the articles of incorporation states differently) in fact John included pictures of mailing envelopes in his name and one was T.L.C. Grooming Inc., Bang On Renovations Inc., TLC Grooming and a number corporations all in John Lavoie's name. (another fun fact)

Jonathon Watson the person that claimed I didn't pay him for a TV, then stated I gave him a few payments then proceed to sue Brian Markle (not Bryan Markle), then proceeded to break in Mr. Markle's home then proceed to try to break in my home (all filed with the Ottawa Police) and the location (((REDACTED))), Vanier, Ontario (you may find Brian Markle there).

So if I show you proof...then you will believe that is what you said (that's fair)...if you refer to post #74 and right from John's own mouth it states "you didn't drive me to the bingo everyday and I paid you cash each time...."  (John doesn't say I didn't drive but in fact admits I drove him) and that is not me saying it...it's John himself.  

Here is a another act and if you read the "newspaper" article it was 1 x fraud over.  Again it's not me saying it...the newspaper that John and apparently you holds up as the holy grail.

Here's the thing John Lavoie forgets he picked how to fight at the instant he decided to post online claiming I hacked his computer which is to say not true.  On the contrary John Lavoie sent pictures of him trying to hack into one my emails and he even video taped it.  This is fact!  Don't take my word but AC has verified that someone attempted to log in to my email.

John tells people that I should get real and I have been real.  I even told your paralegal I don't want to see you in jail but you push your false claims like I threaten you, call the police who comes to the door where I was looks at the time you called 1:36 pm October 19 only showing a (new) telephone number and the person called back using my cell phone as his landline was being repaired and got a message stating "the textnow subscriber is not available" then he hung up. 

The John texts at 5:06 to 6:10 pm stating "why are you calling me idiot" and from there saying I am Trevor Mainville, I am using a dead person's name for credit and threaten you...though previously you said "I am not scared no more".  Did I text back to any of your messages? Nope!

Once again a story told to the police with the hope I would get arrested and once again the facts prevail!  The truth and the facts always prevail.

Here is a fun fact...did you know converting assets during a lawsuit could in some cases lead to criminal charges and those transactions can be undone.  For example:  If you sell your home and an order is issued and it is found that the home was sold just before judgement...a judge could undue the transaction.

John David Lavoie aka David John Lavoie also called me a "Welfare Bum" yet he just admitted he is on ODSP which is also Social Assistance.  Isn't that calling the kettle black.   He even stood up in court stating he was on ODSP then now admits he just closed down his business which could suggest that he lied in "court"?  Is that Perjury and another criminal offence?  All Public Court Record!

So lets recap he has 2 addresses on where he lives and/or his business.  He claims to been on ODSP then off ODSP then back on ODSP all the while working.  Here is a fun fact the "fraud" you keeping on bring up, the 156 counts of it when the article actually says 1...obviously you don't know what it was...but her is a clue...I believe you are doing right now!  Yep, people make mistakes in life but it is how we deal with the mistakes that defines the person.

I was planning to respond to what JOHN LAVOIE was posting but I want to set certain things straight.   In my opinion JOHN LAVOIE has issues and need professional help.   He forgets that this was a simple small claims matter for an unpaid bill...that's it.   He seems to spend much of his time convoluting issues, making a myriad of false statements and apparently doesn't mind committing a criminal offence or two.   

There has been a few posts claiming JOHN LAVOIE beats up people for sport and to be honest I have never been privy to seeing it but I can't say he hasn't though he certainly has a temper and it shows when he writes his various posts.  In any event, I would like to thank Joe for advancing the information to the public, perhaps it will prevent someone from getting hurt (if in fact it is true) for which I can't make any statement as I said I haven't seen him hit anyone.

Do I threaten to sue people...I will admit I have said to people (who owe me money) and either make excuses not to pay or simply tells me good luck trying to collect that I will see them in court.  Isn't that what people should do instead of fighting.  Handle matters in a civil  and legal manner.

He claims I used his credit cards and affected his credit.  If this is true I am sure the police and credit card company will follow through with it.  Unauthorized use of a credit card is a criminal offence and if as he said is true then why is it I haven't been contacted by police and why isn't John Lavoie claiming his losses in his defendant's claim?  He filed one as he admits...and his defence claim public record at the Pembroke Courthouse.

Have I called the police to file a report, yes.  In fact, not just me there is a complaint filed for Extortion, False Statements, Mischief, Impersonation and Obtaining Documents by False Pretences.  Is there any evidence to support the complaints?  Yes.

Extortion:  Rebuttal # 48:

John Lavoie posted a newspaper article attached to rebuttal #50 outline criminal charges filed against Trevor Goble and how the police was looking for the public's assistance.  Is John Lavoie actually stating the Police didn't know who I was? and if he is stating that my real name is not Trevor Max Goble then why is he posting an article about Trevor Goble?  So it is either I am Trevor Goble who was charged or Jeffery Mark D...who has no criminal record.

Criminal Code of Canada section 372 (False Statements): Everyone commits an offence who with intent to injure or alarms a person, conveys information that they know is false...

Criminal Code of Canada section 301 (Defamatory Libel): Everyone who publishes defamatory libel is guilty

So again in appears that John Lavoie is making false statement and then by publishing them is guilty of defamtory libel.

FROM PUBLIC COURT RECORDS

In the public records and attached to John Lavoie's defendant's claim that he has also advanced in his many posts he attaches invoices from a legal firm that processes business registrations and searches.  Attached to this documents is an email directed to John Lavoie's business email "[email protected]" and the email states "Hi Trevor...." and signed by the person who sent him the information. 

Now due to a court (judges) order I can't comment any further as the court ordered that any evidence must be served by registered mail.  Oh, wait a minute I did serve him by registered mail so now I can talk about it.  The person who sent him the information was told that the person claimed he was "Trevor Goble" and the voice recording also established it was not me that requested it and the voice heard was "John Lavoie".  So, it appears John Lavoie impersonated me to get information and then got the information that he actually filed in court.

Criminal Code of Canada section 403 (Impersonation):  (a) Everyone who fraudulently personates living or dead with intent to gain advantage for himself or another person 

Criminal Code of Canada section 403 (Obtain Property): (b) Everyone who with intent to obtain...

Mischief: Rebuttal # 48

On October 17 at 3:30 pm when I was going to an appointment I notice my car was severely keyed.  I attended my appointment and proceed to the police statement to file a report.  Like any good officer I was asked if I had an idea who did it and I stated "I am pretty sure it was John Lavoie but I have no real evidence so I can't say it was him" and the officer agreed, filed the report and I contacted my insurance company.

John Lavoie states on October 16, 2019 "expect your insurance company to get a call about your fake claim", "your car was parked behind the hotel..."

Now my daughter and her boyfriend are staying at a hotel and periodically they borrow the car as their home and car was affected by the flood that hit the region.   However, I picked up the car around 8pm.  At that time I never noticed anything but it was dark.  The car is a dark blue so the scratches wouldn't jump out at you unless you looked right at it.   So the next day when it was daylight it was clearly obvious it was keyed.

Question:  If John Lavoie didn't key my car then I ask (1) how doe she know where the car was parked earlier that day?  (2) Why would he be concerned about an insurance claim and (3) how did he obtain insurance information.  Did he break into my car?  There is damage on my door where it looks like someone may have tried to "jimmy it".  Did John Lavoie put himself at a location where the car was parked (in behind a hotel)?

Criminal Code of Canada section 430 (a to d):  Everyone commits mischief who (a) destroys or damages property, (b) renders property dangerous, useless, inoperative or ineffective, (c) obstructs or interfers with lawful use and (d) obstructs or interfers with any person use and enjoyment or operation of property

I can't say for certainty that John Lavoie in fact damaged my car but he does place himself where the car was parked (and perhaps where it could have happened) and he seems to know a lot about it for someone that isn't involved...you be the judge.

Hello Jonathan Watson (if in fact it is you) I am glad you are stepping forward to help John Lavoie.  You suggest John Lavoie should get a hold of the woman I rented an apartment to.  Since I don't own an apartment in Ottawa I can't see how I could rent anything to anyone.  It states I did the same thing to you?  Are you referring to a TV that you sold on payments?  The TV you claimed you received no payments then sent emails to me confirming you had received payment.

You are somewhat correct.  You state no payment, then got payment then only a few payment.  Then you proceeded to go to court against Brian Markle (not me) oddly enough, then went to Mr. Markle's home to what I saw "hurt him" then the next day tried to break into my house...police reports can verify that or did you forget.  Anyways, I look forward to seeing you on the defense side and the truth will prevail.

Lastly, John Lavoie states "do you know where I am getting my information".  To this I reply "I absolutely do" and I will hint how I know.  When you are not truly sure send out 3 different stories to 3 different people who is suspected of giving you information and the story that get's posted unveils that person.   So how do I know this works because you and the other person are predictable and 2 dimensional in your thinking. 

All that information was told by 1 person and that information was all false information.  Lying to someone is not a criminal offence but posting it is.  So, I have replied...look forward to seeing the 2 police reports posted.

Just an FYI about John.

He is someone who enjoys hurting people for sport.  He is doing this for the sh*ts and giggles and because it feeds his petty little ego. I hope your freind wins the lawsuit and puts John in his place. 

So how does one know that Mr. Fitzgerald is John Lavoie.  It's found in the writing style and the attachments.  The word "Buddy" is a coin word that John Lavoie uses consistantly.  Oddly, the attachment shows an invoice for how much the Articles of Incorporation costs and the other shows you was the filer and to whose truck has the lien.

Once again, it states the invoice is not paid and that in fact is true and the reason why it hasn't been paid is simple:   JOHN LAVOIE NEVER PAID ME.  In fact in my previous posting he told the owners of TLC Grooming that he "owns TLC Grooming and demanded them to take there sign down" this comes right from John Lavoie himself. (see rebuttal 85).

Funny you asked for proof on the Driving Services and you said "I would believe you".  Well, I proved it right from John Lavoie himself and I even proved right from John Lavoie himself that he owned TLC Grooming.  Clearly, no matter how much fact is presented you have made your decisions.  Everyone is entitled to an opinion and to be honest yours means very little if anything.

In any event we all know this is John Lavoie deflecting and looking to gain information to support a "credibility" issue.   The case is about service rendered and non payment for services and John Lavoie doesn't dispute that fact.   He has filed a defence claim that includes the businesses in his name.

I am have known Trevor for over 5 years now and I can tell you this...whatever he has done in the past he is above board and is completely a open book.   It seems to me John you attack everyone around him.  Who cares if someone is sending money to girls, who cares about other people's lives and honestly you haven't disputed anything.

The only real thing you are establishing is how unprofessional you are.  Do you not read what you write?  You sound like a child having a temper tantrum.   When I spoke to him today he was telling me what has been going on and how you filed in court that he threaten you.  You then go on about how you are dating his ex and he is mad?  Doesn't that undermine the fact you feel threaten by him.  Seriously!

What I know of the situation is really done of my business but he is my friend and he has always been there for me and my family.   He is making amends in life and he is trying.  Perhaps, you have things wrong...people often see things that aren't really there because they want to see things that conforms to their own beliefs.  What I have noticed Trevor hasn't really attacked you, granted he has posted your business but he hasn't attacked you or others in a way you have.

What has this Jaime person done to you? Nothing.   Are you simply deflecting or just wanting to hurt people for sport.  I kind of know Jaime too through Trevor and you are seriously picking on an older man who has various challenges in is life?  Is this the person you want others to see?  I doubt it but that is the way you are coming across.  What if someone did that to you and your life challenges?  Would you like it?  If you had a disability that you may be ashamed of, would you like someone to post online? I spoke to Iron Horse security, perhaps give them a call.   While Mr. Goble was setting things right with them Mr. Markle cowardly stayed in the shadows and hid and that is exactly what Iron Horse Security will tell you.

She also advised that she let you go as a client because you lied to her about not having a computer and when Mr. Goble should her a photo with a posting about how Mr. Goble "hacked your computer" dated August 28 after you told her you didn't own a computer that is when she let you go because you lied to your own legal representative.

I have also seen photographs of you trying to hack into Mr. Goble's Algonquin College email account which has also been verified by Algonquin College IT and Security Department.  Then we contact Ms. Corrales of Thomas Reuter (Carswell I think you called it) and she was able to verify (by recording) that you called them stating you were Mr. Goble to have account information forwarded to you and to your email.   Thankfully, Mr. Goble was able to put security measures in place so it won't happen again.

Yep, you say Mr. Goble is the "con-artist"....not from where I sit and not from what I have actual heard from the "horses mouth".  Perhaps, you should think about settling the matter before this goes before a judge.   Just opinion.

Another Lawsuit has been filed in Ottawa against John Lavoie from a local Ottawa business.  

The police have completed their investigation and has cleared Trevor Goble from criminal wrong doing.  Police have advised the matter is civil as it was determined that John Lavoie in fact knew about the business registrations after speaking with the company who filed the business registration on behalf of John Lavoie and Trevor Goble.

Mr. Lavoie I guess you will have some explaining to do as information you reported was information that you did not get directly from the courts and the courts are now investigating how the information was released.

In any event, I do believe this is matter left to the courts and I look forward to your response.

John David Lavoie is in fact the owner of Bang On Interlock (Bang On Interlock.com).  He has reported this matter and gone to the police about 10 times but they keep on telling him this is a "civil" matter and there is no active polcie investigation.

He insisting that I have registered a company that already exists.  The company I registered is "Bank On Renovations Inc." and the company that already exists is called Bang On! Renovations out of Carleton Place of Ontario.  While the names are very similar its not an exact match and it was not my intent to register a company with close proximity of another.

As John Lavoie pointed out he met me of an ad on Kijiji offering driving services so that should ask why would I register a company that does renovations and why would I register a company with the name paralleling John's?

John Lavoie does interlock (there is no question) but one day he told me "I don't want to do renovations because I lose money" and I said "I can't see how" then he explained it.  As it turns out he is not to business saavy but oddly an incredible salesman.  I agreed to work with him but not as a partner:  hence the name registration Bang On Renovations Inc.  

John Lavoie as it turned out did some work for TLC Grooming and Sharpening operating as TLC Grooming.  One day the John and the owner of TLC decide to get into business.  John wanted to start a pet grooming facility under the name TLC Grooming.  A "franchise" agreement was drafted however at the last minute there was a fundamental mistake by TLC Grooming when they had to change the name to TLC Grooming and Sharpening since that was its legal business name.

After John spending about $1400 on business registration and business name search in antipication of starting a location and learning of this change he decided not to do business with the owner of TLC Grooming.  John asked me (since he hired by to assist in his business administration) to invoice TLC Grooming for those charges (which I did) along with additional expenses such a travel from Pembroke to Ottawa.  (The invoice was just over $2700). 

I sent the invoice to John and after he reviewed in he sent it ot TLC Grooming (this can be confirmed by the owners of TLC Grooming) and a text message from TLC Grooming confirms that John said talk to my lawyer (for which he referred to me).  For the record I have said I was a lawyer but did state "I do legal administration work" such as filing for corporation (that any can do), business name searches (that any can do) and provide access to legal webiste to assist someone preparing for small claims court (etc...all of which doesn't require a license).

John Lavoie had a claim against the owners of TLC for the accidental misrepresentation and so John accepted the invoice and forwarded it onto them.  John claims he didn't read it but I suspect he did.  So I get a call from one of the partners of TLC stating "John ask me to talk to you about this invoice and after a brief conversation I agreed to meet with them in Ottawa". 

After the meeting and after both of us listen to each other a resolution was reached.  The owners paid me $1000 for expense associated to the registration of the TLC Grooming Inc., a number company and OPA TLC Grooming and TLC Grooming Canada Inc. which totalled just a little over $1000.  Then we had a discussion about John Lavoie not providing a receipt to them for renovation he did. 

At the time (I assumed we were working together) provided them the receipt plus HST so they can file their business tax accurately.  The provide me an additional $100 to cover half the taxes stating John can cover the other half (which was reasonable) and the other half of the Cororate filings as well (which was also reasonable).

The agreement was simple:  That TLC would pay $1000 for the expense accrued for the failed franchise venture, 2.  That TLC would pay $100 towards the billable invoice HST, 3.  That there would be no other claim against TLC and 4. That John Lavoie would cease communications with the TLC and its owners.  That's it.  After all this was done John became irrate about not receiving money as he wanted to sue TLC Grooming.  I told him if you are suing them it can't stem from the renovations or the failed franchise as he can proceed to open a locaton under TLC Grooming Inc or TLC Grooming or TLC Grooming Canada Inc and that's were he said "I didn't ask for that" despite he confirmed that he did when he spoke to Kimberly from Cyberbahn when I gave him permission to talk about his invoice and biling from Cyberbahn.  John verified that charges.

He states I went into his email but oddly enough he sends me photographs of him deleting his own emails along with a video doing it. (That's right) all because he wanted to go to the police and claimed I did it.

He claims he doesn't know my daughter though he hired hire to do measurements of a walkway at his clients house for an upcoming job.  He also hired myself and my daughter to recover his truck that was allegedly stolen.  Later recovered in Carleton Place (now get this) the truck was parked on street over (about 100 ft) from Bang On! Renovations is located.  (I am not saying this company did anything wrong) but it was an interest point.

He claims I stole his logo from his website (I did use his logo) because he wanted to have the ability to interconnect the two companies yet keep them seperate at the same time.  So he could sale his interlock service (keeping that for himself) and sell the renovations service (and I would pay him 10%) of the value of the contract he signs.  As I said I am a student and I don't have the time to run around and do sales.

Did any notice that he said "I AM A MEMBER OF THE BBB" firstly he is but just became and he has a complaint statint that he billed somoene then after asked for more money....read the BBB.  Now read the complaints on me and yes there are a few but later reveal that Brian Markle, Bryan Markel who keeps altering his name was the one behind the complaints and various people stood up on my behalf to clarify things.

He says I have never signed any contracts with this man and that is true.  He also claims he never gave me permission to do any business for him other than drive.  (1) I drove him to various job site (2) he texted the address where me and my daughter went to do the measurements (3) he sent me and my daughter to recover his "stolen truck" had us deliver it to Pembroke (while it was flagged stolen) (4) claimed he gave one of his workers $50 to give me for gas for his truck to get back which one only has to ask Why would you send someone else money to give someone else, why would you not send it to that person directly?

He claims I still contact him.  I never send him messages but did respond to his ascertation so I have a clear record that I am denying what he is claiming.  

He claims he has filled up my car several times.  Yes he has given my money for gas $20 and then another $20 to drive him to Ottawa but not once did he fill it.  In fact I had to rent a car so he could to Ottawa but I never charged him since the driving business I do is on me.

Someone is clearly fabricating or twisting the facts but he is the thing John Lavoie says one thing "I contact this man on Kijiji for driving services" which is absolutely factual

Question: If I never met this person would it be likely I would register any business connected to Bang On

Answer: No

Question: I would I know about TLC Grooming in Ottawa? I don't have a pet.

Answer:  I wouldn't considering I live in Pembroke and their is a myriad of pet groomer I could go to

Question:  Did John do renovation at this location?

Answer:  Yes, though he claims he didn't ask he accepts transfers from the company

Question:  Why would I set up Corporation for anyone who didn't ask for them especially a business he just renovated and was just about to close on a franchise deal?

Answer:  i wouldn't
