BankCard USA Merchant Account Westlake Village California
We applied for a merchant account for our new apparel business and were approved very quickly and easily. After two days of processing credit card transactions roughly $1,800.00 in sales, BankCard USA's risk department (Ryan Kuehl) contacted us requesting close to a dozen sales receipts, invoices, and tracking numbers so they could contact our customers in order to verify the orders. We advised them that we would gladly provide the information but we ARE NOT ok with them harassing our customers trying to verify the transactions. This would portray our company very poorly as an unestablished company and would be embarrassing. Ryan informed us that they will not release our funds unless we comply with their requests so ultimately we are now out all of our initial sales revenue as all fitness products were already shipped to our customers.
BE AWARE OF BankCard USA! They make it easy to start accepting credit cards and then steal your money if you do not let them harass your customers!
