01/24/14 charged 15.10 with my permission
02/02/14 canceled acct and returned package
02/05/14 package delivered to Bare Minerals
02/24/14 charged again 47.55
02/25/14 35.00 overdraft fee from your charges off a closed acct
02/26/14 Called and spoke to Barbara who assured me I would get an immediate refund and all charges would be stopped
03/13/14 spoke to Dave who assured me once again I would get my refund and no charges would be taken
03/25/14 charged again 40.98 followed by an overdraft fee of 35.00
03/25/14 called again and spoke to Kendra who transferred me to Sarah/supervisor who said she would get my credit started and would call me back.
03/26/14 called to find results only to be sent to someones voice mail Left message but have not gotten a call back

I would appreciate it if someone can take care of this ASAP. I have spent way too much time on this and Bare Minerals is a big enough company that you should not resort to screwing over customers!!!!!!

Im happy to report that Bare Escentuals stepped up and refunded my money, the bounced check fees that they caused by taking out unauthorized money. They responded quickly and very were very apologetic about my problems.
I appreciate the way they handled this and I would now do business again with this company!
