First off id like to say that when it comes to barret motors the sale people where very helpful , i think my sales guy was mike barret . He did everything he could to help me and my wife find a car and get into . I have had no problem in the office up there . My problem lies in the service dept . there the service mgr isnt very helpful and couldnt help me fix my problem with my car and to this day it has gotten worse . I feel as if we have bought a pos and now we are stuck with it . We were told that i car makes those nosies and it is ok .well it has only gotten worse from there our car is only a couple years old and shouldnt be making nosies i mean we gave 25,000 for it and the pymts are high on it the least they could do or have done was fix it righ the first time . But yet that service mhr did nothing to help us . I don't recomend anyone use their service dept.
