I was also called by this company as well and I was excited about someone having a buyer for my timeshare. The man I talked to was polite, as expected but there were too many things that made me question the legitimacy of this company.
1. The contract that they sent was a Word document and look poorly done with many errors.
2. The company is located is located in Riverdale but the area code for their phone number is Atlanta.
3. I Google Earth the address and it shows that it is a residential house not a business (BUT there is a salon located right next door) I called the salon and they said there are no other business next to them.
4. No website, nothing with the Better Business Bureau, no way of verifying the company.
5. They wanted me to wire $725 upfront into their account.
There were too many problems when it came to verifying this company. Just use caution when it comes to this company.

In this day and age, it saddens me to see that someone can file a ripoff report and call a company a scam, when they didn't even utilize that companies services. Now don't get me wrong everyone is entitled to their opinion, but when one person's opinion is able to tarnish the good name of hard working people, I have an issue. I personally did utilize BCF Associates services and found them to be professional and eficient. I did sell my timeshare with BCF Associates conducting the closing and have never been happier. Everything went just as planned. Thank You BCF Associates for a GREAT job!
