Team Beachbody and their fraudulent activities need to stop. As a unsuspecting naive customer, I succumbed to the hip hop abs TV advert and called their phone line to order the hip hop abs DVD pack. I paid 30 dollars for the entire DVD pack and specifically told their customer service line that I was not interested in any further services that they were trying to sell me and i ONLY wanted to purchase the CD. So I ordered the CD, received my pack and thought that would be the end of it.

Today nearly a month later, within the same day there have been two unauthorized withdrawal transactions of $38.87 dollars from my account thanks to the awesome beach body team that MISUSED my credit card information for a FRAUDULENT tranaction. I have not ordered anything from them to justify this deducation and this is out and out theivery. I am going to actively contest this withdrawal and get my 77$ back!!! I am outraged beyond words at this blatant act of fraud and MISUSE of consumer information. How can they get away with this?!?!?!?!!!

You can cancel by calling our customer service at 1-800-240-0913. Please ask and speak with a supervisor and request to have the charge refunded since you stated you did not agree and advised the customer service representative that placed your order that you did not want any additional items or charges. Once again we apologize for any and all inconveniences.
