BELL LAKES APARTMENTS (OAK WOOD) ripoff landlords PHOENIX Arizona
I have lived at the complex for about 9 months and at first it seemed to be a great place to live. Then about a month after we moved in they changed all the security codes so now if you have company you have to go pick them up at the front gate. That is when the gates are working. they only mow the grass maybe once a month. To top it all off you have to pay for water and every sprinkler head in front of my apartment is broken and even after five phone calls they still havent fixed them aand other things.
Since the gates are always broken my roomate and my friends cars were both stolen about a week apart. It takes about a week to get anyone to come fix anything. And they charge an arm and a leg to live thier. If I had to do it all over again there is know way I would movin.
