Im calling Bell Mobility for the 5th time now. no one has a clue how anything works
or why anything is happening! My picture mail wasnt working.

The first teller said the problem should be resolved now. had a terrible English. Probably working
from India or China! Tried the phone, problem NOT resolved

Representative 2 put me on hold for 20 minutes (!) came back saying the problem should be resolved now. rebooted phone, problem STILL NOT SOLVED!

Called again, took 15 to get to customer service, finally after waiting on hold for approx. 10 minutes they disconnect me!

FINALLY, after wasting 2 hours on the phone (!) representative #4  helps me, my phones picture mail is working!!

BUT MY CALLER ID DOESNT WORK NOW!!!!!

I call now, I AM CANCELLING MY BELL MOBILITY PLAN! Agent on the other line feels so sooo sorry
and wants to help me! He puts back caller ID and BOOM (!!!!) again, the they disconnect me

I CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
