bellavixencouture I pre-ordered some sandals back in June and never got them, I never got a refund either. Now it is November. Internet
I pre-ordered some gladiator sandals on June 23, 2013 and they were supposed to ship by 8/1. I was expecting an email with shipment tracking info, that never came. So I emailed the company and a reply was received from Avery Jenner that there was a delay with the manufacturer and they would ship by 8/19. That day came and went. I emailed the company through the contact us page on the website and inquired about these sandals again, once again a reply came from the ipad of Avery Jenner giving me another date, then end of the month of August.
I was even told that I would get a partial refund and still get the shoes. After September came, I contacted Paypal and did a dispute, but since the transaction was over 45 days, they couldn't do anything. By this time I emailed Bellavixencouture once again and asked for a refund, the sandals were white and summer was over. I was then told that refunds would go out in the order that they were received. How do I know what the order is, and what difference did that make. I eventually got another email in October stating that my refund should be received by the end of the month.
Well now it is November, Avery Jenner will not answer my emails, Big Cartel said they haven't gotten any complaints on this store. I find it hard to believe that I am the only person that Bellavixencouture has ripped off! I have contacted the BBB and the FTC. I don't see how the store is still operating and being fraudaulent. there is new merchandise all the time and she had the nerve to put the same sandals that I ordered on there again. This seller has never contacted me first, I always had to initiate contact, very poor customer service to boot!
