This is just another chapter in the problems I've had with Bellsouth. This particular issue is a DSL upgrade that Bellsouth promoted with a $20.00 rebate. 12 weeks later no rebate and when you can finally get some one to answer your call all they tell you is it is delayed. They will not tell you when you'll receive it and tell you the supervisors will tell you the same thing. They would not give me an answer to when it might be sent. I asked him countless times and their stock answer is it is delayed, obviously. I've had other problems before with billing, discounts, and packages so it's no real surprise that this is how they would handle this. This seems pretty much the norm as how Bellsouth does business and how they treat their customers. You need to watch your bills very carefully because charges will show up the next day, credits take months and it will take many calls to get them to honor their promotions. Business as usual here with Bellsouth, time to change.

Hello, usually to get this type of discount, you will need to have signed an agreement and SENT IT BACK to BellSouth, in order to get that DSL promotion. My friend has this service and she gets her $20 off per month because she signed a 12 month agreement that simply states, for 12 months, she can have not only her DSL for $20 off, but she also gets a certain amount off of her total BellSouth bill. Seems to me you may not have taken full advantage of this promotional offer, by doing what it takes to become fully eligible for it.
