The worst online shopping experience EVER! My order was made in June 2018. Many many emails later I finally got 1 out of 4 items. Then another. When the first pair of sandals I ordered came, I found that they didn't fit. I requested info on returning for refund. Their customer service is all but non-existent. The second pair of sandals was the same as the first. I asked for return shipping address and they tried to talk me into keeping the items for a partial credit and then gave me an address that didn't register with the PO or UPS.
I couldn't get them to help facilitate the return so I went to Paypal for help. When they responded to Paypay they gave 5 tracking numbers for 4 items.FAIL! Can't get help there either. Now I won't do business with PP or Berrylook! Heed the advice of all of the commenters on this page and don't buy from Berrylook!!
