Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Best Buy Auto Sales is simply this....a used car dealer that takes advantage of people that have little money and/or bad credit.  Their business model is: promise the buyer the world, lie to their face about services they've done on the car (whether it be services supposedly done before the sale or as part of the sale), sell the buyer a worthless "extended warranty" which the buyer will find out is useless as soon as something goes wrong with the car, at which time Best Buy Auto will say "not our problem"...and on the the next sucker.  Their customers are all people in desparate need of a cheap vehicle or customers with fair to poor credit ratings.  Example...my friend bought a car from them, overpriced, but when you can only afford $7000 there aren't a lot of choices.  As part of the deal they promised to change the oil (they didn't), replace the windshield wipers (they didn't), replace the battery (they didn't, even though they said they had when we went to pick up the car and then we had to wait 2 hours for them to do it while we waited after the lie was exposed), replace the tires (they didn't) and of course, inspect the vehicle (it was later found that a long list of items were wrong that would have caused a reputible dealer to fail the car's inspection).  When it came time for an "extended warranty" item to be fixed, we found out they never filed the extended warranty with the warranty company (and just pocketed the money paid for the warranty).  When a reputible dealership looked at the car and wrote up a list of issues (some of which made the car undrivable) Best Buy's response was "too bad, not our problem" even though problems found should have made the car fail inspection at the time of sale.  When you think about the reputation of "used car salesmen" with bad suits selling cars with parts held in place with chewing gum, etc, think of Besy Buy Auto Sales.  They'll charm you and promise they are your best friend until there's a problem that their unqualified mechanics can't half-fix...then they'll tell you to pound salt or they'll be happy to sell you anotehr pile of junk.
