They agreed to bring my furniture on the 13th of July but when I called to check on the status of the move I was informed that they could not bring it that day because they had not secured a truck for my stuff. So they agreed to bring it on the 16th at or around 6:20 pm. On the 16th I called around noon to check on the status and was informed that they would not be able to bring me my furniture today, the next day and maybe not the day after that either. This is after they took $289 deposit fee. They told me my remaining balance was $771.
I told them in the inventory that I was moving the queen size bed but they charged me an extra $100.00 to bring the head board and foot board. They also charged me extra for the computer monitor, PC, and boxing an extra $100.00 and when the computer arrived it was not boxed but taped to my plastic bin. I had to get into a argument with the owner and threaten to leave my stuff in storage in order for them to bring my furniture.
The furniture arrived at midnight although she threatend to have it brought at 4am. The ending cost was $ 1156.00 and they only wanted payment in the form of cash or money oreder from the post office, but took the $289 deposit from my Debit card.
The original girl I spoke to in sales ( Kari) could no longer be reached after my $ 289 deposit was taken out, and everything went down hill from there.

They just shut down 3 Chicago movers for over charging.
