BIDZ I bought over $500 on Christmas gifts on 12/8, I couldn't get a service rep- that they advertise are on staff 24/7 to speak to me. It turns out that they have 10 days to process your order and then 15 days to ship. I had a bad feeling about their attitude and checked out this site and googled bidz and after the first 3 pages of praises, all there were was lists of people scammed ripoff Internet
I have been scammed by them for $500. When I couldn't get an intelligent answer from their 24/7 staff which took me over 5 days to get in touch with, I called my bank and we are going to reverse their payment as Visa fraud. I pray I get my money back in time to buy other Christmas presents. I feel like such a fool. I don't think I'll ever buy from an auction site ever again. I dont even like Ebay because they take forever to send you the merchandise.
I'm waiting for the paper to fill out for my bank and to send into Visa to reverse the charges. I will also have to press charges with the Attorney General's office and I'm going a step further. I'm going for mail fraud, their use of the USPS system is obscene- they give you tracking numbers that do not exist in the USPS system. There should be a better way to warn people about this scam. I dont feel enough is being done to stop them from scamming the public, especially before the holidays- they are taking our kids presents away!
